Rachelle Wagner

Rachelle Wagner is an experienced safety and improvement professional currently serving as the Enterprise Safety and Improvement Manager at SIFCO Industries, Inc. since August 2021. Prior roles include Safety Manager at Shearer's Snacks from February 2018 to August 2021, EHS at Shin-Etsu Silicones of America from July 2015 to February 2018, and Process Engineer at Saint Gobain Crystals from August 2010 to April 2015. Rachelle holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2011. Additionally, Rachelle has a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from The University of Akron, obtained in 2004.
