Prachi Richa is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Product and Marketing at SIFF Young Artiste since July 2022, Prachi previously worked as an Application Development Associate at Accenture from June 2019 to April 2020, specializing as a Java developer in application development. Prachi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Operations from IBS Hyderabad (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from KIIT - Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (July 2015 - March 2019).

SIFF Young Artiste is on a mission to make Music and Dance education accessible for Schools in India for anyone who desires to learn an art form, we have integrated our mission through three different areas currently, Young Artiste School Programs | Young Artiste App for Schools | Young Artiste Competition, through these mediums we are able to access various learners and get them quality arts education in Music and Dance. Carving out a systematic ecosystem in Music and Dance, Young Artiste is creating a fun-filled, exposure-rich online learning environment for Music and dance aspirants. SIFF Young Artiste 2020 a national-level talent competition for 11-18 years old school students across India is how we got started in inspiring artists to further the cause of our mission, from then on we have grown into having our mission take different forms to make it relevant for the aspiring learner who wants to be an artist someday.
