Brent O. Ewing has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brent O. began their career as a Tooling Engineering Technician at Parker Hannifin, where they focused on design and delivery. Brent O. then moved on to Kent Design & Manufacturing as a Product Design Engineer, specializing in point of purchase displays and store fixtures. Brent also served in the Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer and Field Artillery Topographic Surveyor before transitioning to the private sector. Brent O. worked at Harbor Industries as a Director of Engineering & Project Management, overseeing the development of custom displays and store fixtures. After that, Brent joined Amstore as the Director of Engineering & Quality Control, responsible for coordinating product development and collaborating with various departments. Brent O. then moved to Southern Imperial, Inc., first as the Director of Product Development & Quality Systems and later as the Vice President of Product Development & Global Strategic Partnerships. In these roles, they oversaw a team, managed product development volume, and served a large client base while experiencing significant company growth. Currently, Brent holds the role of Vice President of Product Development & Global Strategic Partnerships at Siffron, a company specializing in loss prevention and retail solutions.

Brent O. Ewing completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design Engineering from Ferris State University, which they pursued from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer-Aided Drafting/Design in 1997 from Lansing Community College. Later, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Engineering Professional Development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2017.
