Cynthia Ash

Cynthia Ash is a highly experienced professional in customer service and account management with a career spanning several positions in various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at siffron since July 2019, Cynthia previously held roles at Cummins Filtration from July 2004 to October 2017, where responsibilities included managing diverse accounts, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, and enhancing customer relations. Prior to this, Cynthia worked as a Community Development Specialist for the Girl Scouts - Illinois Crossroads Council, developing programs that mentored at-risk young women. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and Sociology from Illinois State University.
