Ceri Lloyd has over six years of work experience. In 2020, they were the Procurement Manager, Operations Coordinator, and Executive Assistant for SiFi Networks. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as Front of House Staff at Windmill Inn, where they developed interpersonal and customer service skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, team working skills, and accounting skills. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Office Administration Assistant and Researcher for lloydmasters consulting ltd. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Production Assistant for Event Concept, where they created mood boards for major events, developed costings, sourced equipment and props for events, and worked with suppliers. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Manager of Team Innovation for Moreton Enterprise, where they were responsible for researching and costing new products for the shop. In 2014, they also had a work experience role at First Steps Nursery, where they helped as an assistant to the permanent staff for an hour per week during term time.

Ceri Lloyd attended Packwood Haugh School from 2005 to 2011, where they achieved a Common Entrance. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Moreton Hall School, where they achieved GCSEs (9) and A Levels in Mathematics (A), Geography (B) and Art (B). From 2016 to 2019, they attended Oxford Brookes University, where they achieved a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics and Business Management.
