Adam Dolinko has extensive work experience in legal and corporate development roles. Adam is currently employed at SiFive as the Chief Legal Officer & SVP of Corporate Development. Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board Member for the Center on Transnational Law & Business at USC Gould School of Law. Before joining SiFive, Adam was the Senior Exec/General Counsel at Ouster, where they played a key role in orchestrating and leading a successful merger with Velodyne. Adam also held executive-level legal positions at Inxeption, NextJuris Inc., and Essential. At CSR, Adam served as the Senior Exec: SVP & General Counsel, contributing to the sale of the company to Qualcomm. Adam also had a leadership role at SIRF TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS INC, where they facilitated the M&A sale of SiRF to CSR plc. Adam started their career at VisionPoint Capital and worked as a Law Firm Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, specializing in corporate, securities, and M&A matters. Throughout their career, they have dealt with various legal challenges and major corporate deals in a range of industries.

Adam Dolinko completed their bachelor's degree in Communications from UCLA, attending from 1986 to 1990. Adam then pursued further education at USC Gould School of Law, earning their Juris Doctor degree from 1990 to 1993.
