Trac Pham

Trac Pham serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at both SiFive and UKG, contributing to the advancement of RISC-V technology and fostering workplace culture respectively. Previously, Trac Pham held leadership roles at Sprinklr as Interim COO and co-CEO while also serving as a Board Member. From 2006 to 2022, Trac Pham was CFO of Synopsys Inc, where strategic initiatives led to significant revenue growth and margin expansion. Earlier career experience includes roles in corporate finance and planning at Juniper Networks, 3Com, Sony Electronics, and NUMMI. Trac Pham holds a Master of Public Policy and International Affairs from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
