Kristin Sheehan

Kristin Sheehan has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Institute Director for the Securities Industry Institute (SII) at SIFMA since May 2001. Kristin's prior roles at SIFMA include Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Director of Member Engagement, Director of Dues and Assessments, and Manager of Administrative Services. Kristin also held the position of Executive Director at the Fixed Income Analysts Society from September 2005 to November 2006 during a project assignment with The Bond Market Association. Early career experience includes roles as an Account Executive/Project Manager at Lebensart Technology and as a Market Research Associate at Thomas Publishing. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Arizona, following education at Hunter College High School.
