Keeley Sorokti

Keeley Sorokti is an experienced professional with a strong focus on knowledge sharing, collaboration, and organizational learning. Currently serving as the Director of Knowledge and Collaboration at Sift since May 2021, Keeley plays a crucial role in fostering an open culture of knowledge sharing and communication. As a co-founder of Digital Workplace Catalysts, Keeley contributes to a global network that enhances enterprise collaboration and customer engagement. Additionally, Keeley has been an instructor at Northwestern University, teaching courses on enterprise social technologies. Previous roles include Director of Knowledge Sharing at Start Early, where Keeley managed a team dedicated to embedding knowledge-sharing practices, and positions at Commvault and MapR Technologies focused on community strategy and knowledge management. Keeley's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University.
