Vivek Trivedi

Vivek Trivedi currently serves as Senior Vice President at Sify Technologies Limited since April 2025. Prior to this, Trivedi was Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at CMS IT Services from July 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 4,000 resources and overseeing change, transformation, and operations for clients. With extensive experience at NTT DATA from October 2014 to July 2023, Trivedi held roles as Senior Director for Managed & Support Services Operations and Technical Services, achieving high client satisfaction and ensuring timely project delivery. Trivedi’s earlier career included key positions at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed business transformation and customer relationship management, and Reliance Retail, focusing on retail IT solutions. Academically, Trivedi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
