Ana David

Ana David is an experienced professional in learning and talent development, with a strong background in managing global initiatives across diverse sectors. At SIG Combibloc, Ana served as the Global Learning and Talent Development Manager from May 2019 to June 2022, directing strategies for a workforce of approximately 10,000 employees worldwide. Previous roles include Global Coordinator at the International Peace & Development Training Centre, HR Corporate Senior Consultant, and HR Senior Management Partner at NTT DATA Romania, as well as a Senior Consultant at Know! and a Trainer in AIESEC. Ana holds a Master's degree in Conflict and Crisis Management and a degree in International Relations Specialist from Babes-Bolyai University.
