Jessica Spence

Jessica Spence is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in group accounting and financial reporting. Since April 2017, Jessica has served as Finance Director of Group Accounting & Reporting at SIG Group, previously holding roles as Head of Group Accounting & Financial Reporting and Investor Relations & External Reporting Manager. Prior to this, Jessica was a Senior Manager at EY from November 2008 to July 2016, where responsibilities included leading multinational audit engagements for listed companies, managing projects across more than 20 countries, and working closely with C-suite executives and audit committees. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons) in International Business from Staffordshire University, completed in 1998.
