Shawn Dufault

Shawn Dufault is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in the firearms industry, currently serving as the Manager of New Technology and Prototype at SIG SAUER, Inc. since December 2005. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Factory Manager at Sebago Inc. from July 1987 to April 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing production requirements. Additionally, Shawn served as a Reserve Police Officer for the Androscoggin County Sheriff Department between September 1989 and October 1996, contributing to public safety and working with the Diving Recovery Team. Shawn holds an Associate's degree in Ergonomics from the University of Southern Maine, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
