Tom Holak

Tom Holak is a seasoned financial and engineering professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and plant management. Currently serving as the Cost Accounting Manager at SIG SAUER, Inc. since November 2020, Tom previously held various roles at ContiTech from January 2000 to March 2020, including Plant Controller, Plant Engineering Manager, Process Engineering Manager, Project/Product Manager, and Process Engineer/Technical Sales. Tom's responsibilities included budget preparation, labor and machine rate analysis, facility management, implementation of manufacturing processes, and coordination of production equipment installations. Tom began a career in engineering as a Lab Assistant at the University of New Hampshire, where a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering was earned from 1995 to 2000.
