Janik Roempp

Janik Roempp possesses a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Scrum Master in Product Development at SIGA since August 2020, Janik has also contributed as a People Operations member and a trainee within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Representative at On AG from February 2018 to May 2022 and a role as Team Coach for the Swiss Sailing Team Region Zürich from August 2018 to January 2020. Janik has a strong athletic background, having worked as a Professional Athlete with Realteam by Realstone SA and TEAM TILT SAILING, along with participation in the Youth Americas Cup Campaign and the Swiss Sailing Team. Academically, Janik is pursuing a Master's degree in Climate Economics at the University of Lucerne, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of St.Gallen and completed an exchange semester at the University of Cape Town.
