Lek Chinsangaram

Lek Chinsangaram has extensive experience in project management and scientific research in the biotechnology industry. From 2007 to present, Lek has been working at SIGA Technologies, starting as a Director of Project Management and later progressing to the role of Senior Director. In these positions, Lek has played a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects within the company. Prior to joining SIGA Technologies, Lek worked at Therion Biologics from 2001 to 2006. Here, Lek served as a Project Manager and Senior Scientist, where they were responsible for leading cancer vaccine development projects and managing research collaborations. Throughout their career, Lek has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the biotechnology field.

Lek Chinsangaram completed a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Kasetsart University in Thailand between 1981 and 1986. Following this, Lek pursued further education at the University of California, Davis, where they obtained a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Comparative Pathology. This educational journey indicates Lek's passion for veterinary medicine and their desire to specialize in the understanding and study of various diseases and their effects on animals.
