Sigdo Koppers SA is a Chile-based industrial conglomerate. The Company's activities are divided into three segments: Services, Industrial, as well as Commercial and Automotives. The Services division includes activities related to engineering and construction, electromechanical assembly, local transportation and logistics, among others. The Industrial division focuses on the production of ammonium nitrate, rock fragmentation services for mining, high technology plastic film production and hydrogen production plant. The Commercial and Automotives division is engaged in the distribution, leasing and sale of machineries and vehicles. The Company operates in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. It controls a number of subsidiaries, such as Puerto Ventanas SA, Enaex SA, Ingenieria y Construccion Sigdo Koppers SA and SK Comercial SA.
