Julien Gallienne

Julien GALLIENNE serves as the Directeur de la transition énergétique et de l'innovation at Sigeif since October 2018, where responsibilities include defining and implementing services related to energy transition and innovation policies in collaboration with local elected officials. Julien has extensive experience in energy management, previously holding roles such as Responsable du service Maîtrise de l'énergie at Sigeif and Chargé d'actions - Plan climat énergie at the Conseil départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis. Julien's earlier career featured significant contributions to the climate and energy sector, including responsibilities at the Assemblée Permanente Des Chambres D'Agriculture and participation in international climate negotiations. Julien GALLIENNE holds a diploma in engineering from ENSAIA and obtained the title of Ingénieur en chef territorial from the Institut National des Etudes Territoriales.
