Derick Esch

Derick Esch currently serves as Video Production Supervisor at Sight & Sound Theatres, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Derick worked as an Adjunct Lighting Designer and Technical Director at Messiah University from January 2017 to December 2021, focusing on theatrical and dance performances. Derick's experience also includes a tenure as a Digital Video Audio Specialist at Commonwealth Media Services, where contributions ranged from directing photography to general video production and news coverage for the Pennsylvania Governor's Office. Additional experience includes working as a Videographer at Producers and as a Lighting Technician at Sight & Sound Theatres. Derick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Film & Media Arts from Messiah University, with minors in Communication and Theatre.
