Kirk Pederson is an accomplished hospitality executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as President of Sightline Hospitality since April 2019, Kirk previously held the position of President at Kokua Hospitality, LLC from 2016 to April 2019. Prior to that, Kirk was the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Chartres Lodging Group from December 2011 to June 2016. Kirk's career began at Morgan Stanley, where the role of Executive Director of Hospitality - MSREF was undertaken from October 2006 to October 2011, followed by a position as Vice President of Asset Management at MeriStar Hospitality Corporation from January 2002 to August 2006. Kirk Pederson holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and completed a Summer Studies Program in European Hospitality Food & Wine at EHL.
