Sharon Hepsy

Sharon Hepsy is an experienced talent acquisition professional with over 5 years of expertise in recruitment and placement. Currently serving as Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition at Sightsavers India since November 2024, Sharon previously held the role of Manager - Hiring Partnerships at StarAgile from April 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, Sharon worked as a Consultant at Careernet from January 2019 to September 2022, specializing in recruiting for the BFSI, IT, and non-IT sectors. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Finance from Indo Asian Women's Degree College and completed pre-university studies in History at Bishop Cotton Women's Christian Law College.
