Ishroop Aneja

Ishroop Aneja is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in DevSecOps and application security. Currently serving as the Director of DevSecOps & Analytics at Eye Care Leaders since March 2022, Ishroop leads a geographically diverse team in developing scalable healthcare and EHR solutions. Prior experience includes over a decade at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska in various roles, culminating in the position of Lead DevOps & Application Security, where implementation of advanced application security tools and automation of scanning processes were key accomplishments. Ishroop's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a certificate in Project Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
