Todd Menszak

Mr. Menszak joined in December 2019 as Head of Private Funds & Investment Advisory Legal for Sightway.

Prior to joining, Todd was a Director & Senior Counsel at Allianz Global Investors where he served as lead counsel for multiple private funds and separate account arrangements. Prior to going in-house, Todd was an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where he represented various sponsors across the private equity fund lifecycle. During Todd’s time at Simpson Thacher, he was seconded to Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets where he served as lead counsel on the launch and administration of multiple private funds.

Todd began his career at Ropes & Gray LLP and graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review. Todd holds a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business.
