Hai Reznik

Hai Reznik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and innovation within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP Product & Programs at SightX AI since December 2020, Hai previously held various senior roles at Elbit Systems Ltd, including Director of Innovation and Technologies and Head of Future Combat Vehicle Systems & Robotics. Hai's earlier career includes positions as Senior R&D Engineer at Tower Semiconductor LTD, where groundbreaking work in CMOS image sensor optics was performed, and as a coach for the windsurfing team at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, leading the team to national championships. Hai holds an MBA in Business Management and dual Bachelor degrees in Physics and Opto-mechanical Engineering from Technion.
