Kelly Dean Balsky

Kelly Dean Balsky has had a varied career in the fields of research, operations, real estate, teaching, and editing. In 2021, they began their current role as Research Director at SightX. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Assistance In Marketing Inc as Vice President Operations, where they were responsible for designing and supporting research activities, maintaining industry knowledge, overseeing all New Jersey facility locations and staff, facilitating communications with clients, initiating and creating AIM's national database, managing data quality, security, and compliance, overseeing projects and budget management, employee training, creating and editing client screeners, and overseeing financial performance and growth. From 2017 to 2017, they were Project Manager at Schlesinger Group. From 2013 to 2017, they were Real Estate Agent at Weichert Realtors- Morristown East, where they helped customers to buy and sell their homes and consistently utilized all Weichert tools to assist in the home buying and selling process. From 2011 to 2013, they were Project Manager at Assistance In Marketing Inc. From 2010 to 2011, they were Theater Teacher at JCC School. From 2009 to 2010, they were Assistant to the editor/ Assistant Editor at Sirk Productions.
