Marcos Cisneros serves as the Head of B2C USA at Sigma since January 2016, focusing on strategy development and execution for B2C growth in the United States. Previous roles at Sigma include Ecommerce Fulfillment & Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Leader, where significant contributions were made to the B2C Ecommerce Channel in Mexico and the implementation of a Warehouse Management System. Marcos holds an Executive MBA from IPADE Business School and a Bachelor's in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey, complemented by international study experiences and leadership training.
