Saad Castillo

Saad Castillo currently serves as the Global Lead for Communications and Social Responsibility at Sigma, starting in September 2025. Previously, Saad was a Global Social Impact Project Development Analyst at CEMEX from January 2022 to June 2025, where contributions included the design and implementation of the Global Community Disaster Response Program, training over 300 executives, and participating in various human rights and ESG initiatives. Saad's earlier experience includes research on gender-sensitive public policy impacts with The Reach Alliance and internships at Tecnológico de Monterrey, focusing on strategic development proposals. Saad holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a Minor in Social Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey, attained in May 2023.
