Sergio Ramos possesses extensive leadership experience in the consumer goods and operations sectors, having held multiple senior roles at Sigma since June 1993, including Chief Executive Officer for Latin America and Chief Operating Officer for the USA. Prior to Sigma, Ramos worked at Nemak as a Strategic Planning Analyst and Industrial Engineer from February 1988 to June 1991. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with various advanced training in negotiation, marketing strategy, organizational design, and strategic leadership from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Stanford University, and the Wharton School.
