Natalie Shea

Natalie Shea, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and client services, currently serving as the HR Administrator and Client Services Manager at Sigma Beauty since July 2015. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at Normandale Community College from 2017 to 2019 as an Academic Tutor and Professor Assistant. Experience also includes a position as Cosmetics Counter Manager at Lancôme from June 2014 to July 2015. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections with a minor in Family Studies from Metro State University and is a graduate of Eden Prairie High School.
