Aneta Budzisz

Aneta Budzisz has a strong background in human resources and recruitment. Aneta is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Sigma BIS S.A. since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of HR Manager at the same company from February 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Sigma BIS S.A., Aneta worked as an HR Business Partner at Burda International Poland from March 2018 to February 2020. Aneta also has experience as a Trainer at Benefit Systems SA from July 2015 to March 2018.

Aneta's career began at C&A, where they worked as a Recruitment Specialist & Trainer from January 2011 to July 2015. Aneta'searly experience also includes working as a Recruitment Specialist at Vobis from February 2009 to January 2011.

Aneta Budzisz's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Uniwersytet Szczeciński. Aneta completed their studies in 2008 and obtained a degree in Zarządzanie i Marketing.

In 2009, Aneta pursued further education at Kozminski University, where they completed postgraduate studies in Zarządzanie Kompetencjami Pracowników. Aneta concluded their studies in 2010.

Aneta then attended Uniwersytet SWPS from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Magister psychologii degree with a specialization in Psychologia kliniczna.

As of now, Aneta is enrolled at Wrocławska Fundacja Zdrowia Psychicznego i Rozwoju Psychoterapii, pursuing a field of study in Psychoterapia.

Additionally, Aneta holds two certifications. In April 2010, they obtained Extended DISC certification, and in November 2009, they earned Success Insights certification from Golden Mark institution.
