João Francisco Guarisse

João Francisco Guarisse is an accomplished professional in sales, marketing, and operations with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as EVP of Sales & Marketing at Hansen Technologies since September 2025, Guarisse previously held positions at o9 Solutions, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Sales Director from April 2020 to August 2025. Prior experience includes working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from July 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities encompassed operations, procurement, and marketing. Guarisse has also served as Operations Manager at the Museu de Arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand and as Strategy Manager for Latin America at Lenovo, both on secondment from McKinsey. An educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and Justus Liebig University Giessen.
