Lead Product Designer at Sigma Computing

Siyuan Fan has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2010. At The J.M. Smucker Company, they were part of a collaborative project between the company and University of Cincinnati. Siyuan was also part of a collaborative project between Procter & Gamble and Livewell Collaborative, and a collaborative project between Boeing and Livewell Collaborative. At University of Cincinnati, they were a Graduate Assistant of Craig Vogel and a User Experience Researcher. At Philips, they were an Innovation Designer and was involved in user experience research, service design research, medical procedure research, concept generation, and industrial and service design for OSA diagnostic and treatment. At U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, they were a UX Research and Designer and launched the Visual Pillbox product. At MicroStrategy, they were a Division UX Lead, Principal UX Designer, Senior UX Designer, and Principal UX Designer. Siyuan drove the overall design of the 3 flagship product families, delivered designs for HyperIntelligence, and launched products such as MicroStrategy V11. Siyuan is currently Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designer at Sigma Computing.

Siyuan Fan received a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from Donghua University in 2011, majoring in Industrial and Product Design and minoring in Design Management. In 2010, they began a Master of Design program at the University of Cincinnati, where they studied UX design and Service design. Siyuan completed the program in 2013.
