Nadia Schilder possesses extensive experience in payroll management and accounting, having worked in various key roles across multiple organizations. From May 2015 to January 2018, Nadia served as the Accounting Payroll Manager at Bidvest Prestige, overseeing payroll processing and managing a team of 15 Payroll Administrators. Subsequently, at Payroll Concepts since January 2016, responsibilities include wages and salaries payroll management, audits, compliance with tax regulations, and report writing. Nadia's previous experience also includes positions as Payroll Manager at Brandhouse Beverages and Cromwell Medical Staffing, and Payroll & Tax Manager at EY, where implementation and management of Payroll and ESS systems were crucial. Currently, Nadia holds the position of Head of Global Payroll at Sigma Connected Group. Education includes a Managing Accounting and Financial Diploma from Varsity College, with a focus on payroll accounting and audits.
