Rachelle Hutchens

Rachelle Hutchens has experience in human resources and corporate functions, having held various positions in these areas at Aerotek and Sigma Design. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Functions at Sigma Design, Rachelle oversees teams responsible for ensuring the organization runs smoothly, including finance, human resources, business technology, facilities, safety, and quality. Prior to this role, Rachelle held positions such as VP of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, HR Manager, and HR Generalist & Onsite Consultant Manager at Aerotek. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Business Administration from Washington State University.
