Nada Shaaban

Nada Shaaban is an experienced technical talent acquisition specialist currently working at SEGMATEK since March 2023, focusing on collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill technical staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies. Previously, Nada held positions in various recruitment roles, including Headhunting & Talent Excellence Specialist at Rawaj-HCM and Recruitment Team Leader at Get Hired. Nada has extensive expertise in the IT and software recruitment process, managing tasks from candidate sourcing to onboarding, and has tracked hiring metrics to improve processes. Nada also completed an HR Professional Diploma from The Regional IT Institute in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Cairo University.
