Greg Layt

Greg Layt has a diverse work experience in logistics and operations management. Greg started their career in 1994 at Costa Logistics as a Team Leader and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Polar Fresh in various roles including Shift Manager and Inbound Manager. In 2014, they joined POLAR FRESH COLD CHAIN SERVICES PTY LTD as an Operations Support Manager, where they led the strategic direction of the operation and managed day-to-day operations. Greg was later promoted to Operations Manager and was responsible for one of the largest chilled distribution centers in the Coles network. In 2017, they moved to Toll Group as a Senior Operations Manager for a brief period before joining Sigma Healthcare in 2018. At Sigma Healthcare, they have held multiple roles including Operations Manager, State DC Manager - QLD, and National Operations Manager (Interim). Currently, they serve as the Head of Logistics Operations at Sigma Healthcare.

Greg Layt completed a Cert 4 in Leadership and Management at Leadership Management Australia from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they completed a Diploma of Management at Flexible Training Solutions.
