Rachael Downton's work experience begins with their current role as Sales Operations Lead at Sigma Healthcare, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a B2B Marketing Manager at the same company from January to December 2022.

Before joining Sigma Healthcare, they held the position of National Brand Manager at Battery World Australia from January 2015 to January 2022.
