Christopher Naidoo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Christopher started their career at AIESEC, where they served as the Local Committee Vice President for four years. Christopher then joined Chrysler, where they worked as an International Business Development Analyst, focusing on establishing Chrysler South Africa and developing pricing strategies for the local market. Christopher later moved to Ford Motor Company, where they held the position of Global Supplier Implementation Manager, responsible for managing design system implementation at Ford suppliers in the NAFTA region, and later serving as the Global Manager for Ford Customer Service Division.
In 2003, Christopher founded their own company, Sigma International, which grew to become a Tier 1/Tier 2 interior and exterior trim supplier to several major automotive companies. Additionally, during the economic downturn, they established Sigma Luminous, an LED lighting company aimed at providing green, sustainable energy solutions.
More recently, Christopher launched their new venture, Adam Electronics, specializing in the design and manufacturing of electronic assemblies and providing turnkey solutions. Christopher has also been involved in various leadership roles in organizations such as YPO Mid America Region, YPO, Horizon Bank, and the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC).
Christopher Naidoo's education history starts with their Bachelor's Degree in Business and Commerce, which they pursued from 1991 to 1994 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. After that, they completed their Masters in Business Administration from Wayne State University between 2010 and 2012. In 2016, they attended the EO Executive Master's Program in Entrepreneurship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. During the same year, they also pursued a program called "Elevating Finance and Operations" at The Wharton School. Their most recent educational endeavor is the YPO/Harvard 2022 Presidents Program, which they joined in 2019 at Harvard Business School.
