Mike Novak

Mike Novak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of New Business Development at Sigma International since September 2024, Mike has previously held the position of General Manager NA Operations at Ruihong Industrial Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing operational facets and driving significant growth in the North American market. Prior to this, Mike was Director of China Operations at Certus Automotive, managing multiple production facilities and maintaining substantial revenue. Additional roles include Operations Manager for Europe and New Business Development Manager at Certus Automotive, demonstrating expertise in expanding revenue and managing complex operations across global markets.
