Tylore Quintanilla has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2013, they started working as an Assistant Project Manager & Crewman at LGT Restoration & Waterproofing, where they led restoration projects in commercial, residential, and historical properties. Tylore traveled to job sites to supervise work crews and ensure timelines were met.
In 2018, Tylore joined Top Roofers, LLC as an Assistant Project Manager: Roofing. In this seasonal role each summer, they led roofing installation, repairs, and waterproofing projects. Tylore supervised work crews, prepared job sites, and ensured job site safety.
Also in 2018, Tylore served as the Head of Recruitment & Balanced Man Scholarship at Sigma Phi Epsilon - Florida Xi. Tylore appointed and directed a Recruitment Committee to attract new fraternal members. Tylore planned and conducted promotional events on campus and managed event scheduling and billing with local venues.

The history of the Fraternity reflects the times, through great wars and profound cultural shifts. Throughout the decades, the men of Sigma Phi Epsilon have practiced their values and embraced the stated desire of the Founders, “This Fraternity will be different.”
