Brian Kaleida has over 25 years of professional experience in the technology, media, and telecommunications industries. Brian began their career in 1993 as a Software Engineer at IBM in the Federal Practice. Brian then moved to Deloitte in 1994, where they worked as a Consultant in the Government & Public Services Practice. In 1999, Kaleida joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice. In 2000, they became the Vice President of Software Development at Atlas Software Technologies. Kaleida then moved to SAE International in 2004 as the Chief Information Officer, and managed a blended team of consultants and client staff. In 2016, they became the Principal - Investor at Sigma Diversified, where they evaluated companies with a concentration in data science, artificial intelligence, robotics, and workforce development. In 2003, Kaleida joined Sigma Resources LLC as Strategic Accounts. In 2022, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at StepOne Neurodiversity Services. Kaleida currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Simcoach Games since 2020, where they produce video games with millions of downloads for leading business enterprises, government agencies, and academic institutions.

Brian Kaleida received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University in 1993. Brian then attended the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1999.
