Noelle Cicilia

Noelle Cicilia is a co-founder and managing partner at Brush AI, a responsible AI consultancy, where the focus is on the ethical application of data. As a fellow at the Sigma Squared Society, Noelle is part of a global community of ambitious young founders dedicated to impactful initiatives. Previous roles include a graduate intern at Bright Cape, researching recommender systems, and a student research assistant at the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science supporting literature reviews on HPC system bugs. Noelle's early career featured a role as a growth hacker at Leapforce in digital marketing and customer support, along with experience as a barista at Starbucks. Academically, Noelle holds an Engineering Doctorate in Data Science and a Master's in Data Science and Entrepreneurship from Eindhoven University of Technology, an exchange program in Philosophy at The University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor's in Information Science from the University of Amsterdam, and a VWO diploma in Economics and Society.
