Prior to this role, Lou worked at Newpoint Thermal from 2008 to 2010 as a Senior Designer and IT Technician. From 1996 to 2008, Lou held the positions of IT Manager and Mechanical Designer at GTS Energy Inc., demonstrating a strong background in both technical and design aspects within the energy sector.
