Shirley Pulis Xerxen

Shirley Pulis Xerxen currently serves as the Head of News at SiGMA World since July 2023. Previously, Shirley held the position of Learning Programmes Development Expert at the Institute for Education - Malta from November 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included developing and delivering Masters programme modules focused on entrepreneurship and qualitative research. Shirley's academic career includes roles as a Lecturer and Researcher in Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the University of Malta from September 2007 to August 2018 and as a Visiting Lecturer at KEDGE Business School from November 2011 to November 2013, where a 30-hour course was taught on creativity. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Administration & Management and a Master's Degree in Creativity & Innovation from the University of Malta, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Secondary Teaching and Education.
