Debbie Soles has extensive experience in various roles within the electronics manufacturing industry. Debbie began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Analyst at Circo Craft Co. Inc. in 1987 and later became the Manager of Engineering Services. In this role, they launched engineering, CADCAM, and tooling generation systems and led a team of technicians. Debbie then joined SCI Systems Canada as the Manager of the Program Management Team, where they provided product engineering support to the aerospace industry. Debbie later worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Viasystems Group, Inc. before becoming a Global Account Manager at the same company. With revenues of over $1 billion and serving 800 original equipment manufacturers globally, Viasystems is a leading provider of printed circuit boards and electro-mechanical solutions. Most recently, Debbie Soles has been with SigmaPoint Technologies Inc. as the Business Development Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience.

Debbie Soles obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Health Sciences from Queen's University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended Bishop's College School in 1982-1983.
