Rafael Olivares brings extensive experience in production and process engineering, currently serving as Gerente General at SigmaQ since July 2014. Rafael has held various positions, including Gerente de Operaciones and Plant Production Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating specialists for process standardization and continuous improvement using DMAIC and Six Sigma methodologies, alongside developing cost-saving projects and new products. Prior experience includes a role as Process Engineer at AVX, focusing on process and product enhancements to increase production yield and quality control. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas' and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree from Colegio Salesiano San José Santa Ana.
