Marcel Skolimowski Cert RP is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in engineering, life sciences, and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Engineering & Services for Ireland and Europe at Sigmar Recruitment since July 2019, Marcel has successfully managed the Bullhorn Automation project and received recognition as the winner of the Best in Practice award in Pharma, Engineering & Science for 2023. With a strong track record in recruitment, Marcel has been recognized as the highest permanent biller in 2023 and achieved multiple shortlistings for industry awards throughout their career. Previous roles include recruitment consultant positions with The Logiskills Group and deputy store manager at Lidl Ireland, complemented by earlier experience in various sales and management roles. Marcel holds an M.Sc. in IT & Econometrics and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Gdansk.
