Roger Duffy is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Director of Executive Search at Sigmar Recruitment since August 2017. With a focus on precision executive search, leadership transformation, and board-level appointments, Roger has cultivated strong relationships and demonstrated talent acquisition mastery across multiple sectors, including FMCG, B2B, IT, non-profits, and the public sector.
