Dr. Shawn Riordan is an Organizational Change and Leadership Advisor at Sigmatech since January 2021, supporting the Department of the Air Force. Concurrently, Dr. Riordan serves as a Faculty Member in the Organizational Leadership and Learning Program at The George Washington University since December 2019. With extensive experience at the United States Department of Defense from June 2010 to December 2020, Dr. Riordan held various senior roles, including Chief of Business Operations and Chief of the Learning Technologies Branch, where leadership training and budget management were key responsibilities. Previous positions also include Senior Requirements Policy Analyst at Scitor Corporation, Defense and Educational Analyst at SAIC, and various leadership roles in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1999. Dr. Riordan earned a Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, a Master’s in Adult and Continuing Education from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Houston.
