Lisa Willett

VP, Contracting at Sigmatech

Lisa Willett has over twenty years of experience in the government contracting industry. Lisa began their career as a Pricing Analyst with Sigmatech, Inc. in January 2013. In this role, they worked with finance, program control, contracts, business development and technical personnel to meet immediate and anticipated pricing requirements. Lisa developed pricing models, performed cost analysis and estimating, and cost narratives. Lisa also developed pricing strategies for procurements in accordance with RFP requirements.

In January 2011, Lisa was promoted to Director of Business Operations at Arcata Associates. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's business operations, including financial planning and analysis, contracts administration, and business development. Lisa oversaw a team of five employees and was responsible for an annual budget of $20 million.

Lisa Willett is currently the VP of Contracting at Sigmatech. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's contracting efforts and overseeing a team of 15 employees. Lisa has been instrumental in helping Sigmatech grow its business by developing strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Lisa Willett has a certificate in contract management from UAH, an MBA in business from University of North Alabama, a BS in computer science from Athens State University, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in accounting from Calhoun Community College.

They are on a team with David Weese - VP, R&D Programs, Stephenie Palmer - Director, Administration, Facilities & Security, and Jeff Flewelling - VP, Space Enterprise Division. Their manager is Don Carver, President & CEO.
